ESPHome 2024.3 changes to cse7766

My integration of power factor and apparent power into the cse7766 component was merged: https://github.com/esphome/esphome/pull/6292

That is likely going to be in the 2024.3.0 release, and having it directly in the component should be more accurate than calculating it downstream off the averages.

Once it is released, I will submit a PR to use the updated component.
