ESPHome 2024.10 breaking change to cse7766

ESPHome 2024.10.0 has a breaking change to the cse7766 component: https://esphome.io/changelog/2024.10.0#breaking-changes

The YAML will need updates to set the UART parity to EVEN.

In theory, this change is backwards compatible, so no need to bump min_version.
