Reduce PMSX003 Update Interval

As of ESPHome 2022.5.0 (esphome/esphome#3053), the PMS fan can be disabled between samples, potentially greatly increasing the lifespan of the sensor.

I propose changing the default setup to a 2 minute sample. Based on my testing, the real-world impact on particulate measurements and response time are minimal, but it allows the sensor to be powered down 75% of the time.
