Uptime Precision

The Uptime plugin currently reports with ridiculous precision.

The precision should be an option. I propose a default of 0 decimals (with a 60-second update rate, sub-second precision seems totally silly), with the ability to report silly precision because reasons.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
