Customize rtl_433 sensors reported

It would be nice for a user to be able to "exclude" (ignore selected entries) or "include" (only report selected entries) for rtl_433 sensors.

For example, I have an Acurite 5n1 mounted to my back fence. The proximity to the fence makes the wind direction reading totally meaningless. I can watch the wind vane spin randomly when the wind is a steady direction due to turbulence. Being able to exclude the wind speed sensor would avoid filling my database with garbage data.

Another example would be a Acurite Tower sensor. It normally reports temperature, relative humidity, absolute humidity, and battery status. If I only wanted temperature, it would be nice to have an "include" option to say such as simply as possible.
