Not starting on Proxmox after reboot

When running on a Proxmox host, where the MQTT server is a guest VM, the service starts way too soon, then fails to connect and gives up after 60 seconds.

Ideally, the service file should be targeting a state after VMs are all started, if that is possible. Worst case, increasing the delay between retries to give the VM time to come up would also work.
