Arch Linux instructions

The current Linux install instructions are for Debian-based Linux distributions.

The PiKVM (and probably some actual people for some reason) run Arch. It would be nice to have instructions for Arch as well, in case I ever need to re-install the PiKVM. (And given my luck with Raspberry Pi and SD cards, I will...)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
