Incorrect manufacturer & model

A Qotom fanless mini-PC reports incorrect system info.

This is due to the default BIOS string To be filled by O.E.M. not being capitalized the same as the one on my ASRock Rack that started off the list.

I can either add this new string, or make the comparison case-insensitive.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
