Add support for `hddtemp`

hddtemp is a nice general-purpose tool for querying disk drive temperature from SMART without all the hassle of processing the raw output of smartctl. it would be convenient to have this available as a plugin as a proxy for drive health monitoring.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
