Fix Code Coverage Badge

It seems that the code coverage badge is now just showing unknown.

This is probably related to the change of the coverage format in .gitlab-ci.yml starting in GitLab 15.0.

981282e2 addressed the coverage pipeline, but I suspect the badge might need rework too. Though I don't see any immediate documentation about that changing in the deprecation.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
