    Bash script to automatically restart nut-server if a UPS stops responding.

    Now also restarts the driver, which seems necessary more times than not.

    Optionally resets the USB interface, which is necessary on some Cyberpower models.

    Mainly used for Cyberpower's USB connection, which is incredibly unreliable.
